Residential Pool Service Maintenance

  • Skim water surface to remove floating material
  • Clean tile in pool / spa regularly
  • Vacuum and/or brush walls & floors
  • Remove and clean all pump pot baskets & skimmer baskets
  • Check for broken skimmer lids and baskets
  • Remove grease buildup in skimmers
  • Backwash filter system or clean cartridge filters as needed
  • Test and adjust water chemicals for chlorine & alkaline residuals
  • Test for iron, calcium hardness, TDS as needed
  • Check and set equipment for proper operation
  • Maintain pump equipment area in clean condition
  • Leave current information door tag each visit
  • Chemicals needed for service included

 

Commercial Pool Service Maintenance

  • All equipment necessary to the above operations
  • Backwash filter system or clean cartridge filters as needed
  • Check and set equipment for proper operation
  • Check for broken skimmer lids and baskets
  • Chemicals needed for service is dependent upon contract issued
  • Clean tile in pool / spa regularly
  • Leave current information on commercial SNHD log report sheets
  • Maintain pump equipment area in clean condition
  • Remove and clean all pump pot baskets & skimmer baskets
  • Remove grease buildup in skimmers
  • Skim water surface to remove floating material
  • Test and adjust water chemicals for chlorine & alkaline residuals
  • Test Cyanuric Acid monthly
  • Test for iron, calcium hardness, TDS as needed
  • Test GFCI pool & spa lights monthly
  • Vacuum and/or brush walls & floors
